At Baba Garia Mission, our programs are designed to uplift tribal and rural communities through education, skill development, health awareness, and cultural enrichment.

We operate multiple schools, training centers, and welfare activities across Tripura, ensuring that every child, youth, and family has the opportunity to grow and lead a dignified life.
Educational Development
Education is at the heart of everything we do. Baba Garia Mission aims to provide quality and accessible education to children from tribal and economically weaker backgrounds.
Our educational initiatives include:
Garia Academy (Model School): A CBSE-affiliated residential institution at Garia Hathai, Udaipur, providing holistic education from primary to secondary levels.
Branch Schools: We run several junior basic and pre-primary schools in Karbook, Burburia Bari, Tentui Bari, and other villages.
Scholarship and Support Programs: Providing textbooks, uniforms, and hostel facilities to needy students.
Dropout Coaching Centres: Special centers that help students who left school to rejoin and complete their education.
Through these efforts, we nurture educated, responsible citizens rooted in culture and driven by modern knowledge.
Vocational & Skill Training
To build self-reliance, we conduct vocational training programs that equip youth and women with practical skills for employment or entrepreneurship.
Our training centers offer free courses in:
Computer education and digital literacy
Tailoring and handicrafts
Motor driving and vehicle repair (mechanic training)
Electrical and welding works
Bamboo and weaving crafts
Mobile phone and TV repairing
Montessori teacher training

Cultural Preservation & Awareness
Tripura’s tribal heritage is rich and vibrant, and Baba Garia Mission works continuously to preserve it.
We organize cultural events, traditional dance programs, and awareness sessions that celebrate Jamatia traditions, folklore, and art forms.

Youth Development & Moral Education
The Mission focuses strongly on developing disciplined, ethical, and nation-loving youth.
Weekly moral classes are conducted by respected elders and educators who guide students on topics like:
