Baba Garia Mission was founded with a deep commitment to the welfare of tribal communities of Tripura. Our mission is to empower through education, training, and social awareness.
We strive to uplift marginalized communities by ensuring access to modern learning, technical skills, and moral guidance — helping them live with dignity and confidence.
Core Objectives
Education for All: Establish and maintain quality schools and hostels to provide affordable education for tribal and underprivileged children.
Skill Development: Run vocational and technical training programs such as computer literacy, tailoring, mechanics, and handicrafts to create self-employment opportunities.
Cultural Preservation: Promote and protect the indigenous traditions, language, and heritage of the Jamatia and other tribal communities.
Youth Empowerment: Conduct coaching and counseling programs for school dropouts and motivate them to rejoin mainstream education.
Health & Awareness: Organize health check-ups, hygiene awareness, and nutrition programs in rural villages.
Community Harmony: Encourage peace, unity, and national integrity through education and cultural exchange.
