In its ongoing effort to promote community well-being, Baba Garia Mission organized a Health and Hygiene Awareness Camp at Garia Hathai, Udaipur. The camp focused on preventive healthcare, nutrition, and personal hygiene, reaching more than 300 local residents, including students and families.
Medical professionals and volunteers from the Mission conducted free check-ups, distributed essential medicines, and educated participants on sanitation, clean drinking water, and balanced diets.
Special sessions were held for adolescent girls on hygiene and wellness, while students from Garia Academy presented skits on environmental cleanliness and waste management.
The initiative was supported by the Tribal Welfare Department, Government of Tripura, and received appreciation from local authorities. Events like these reflect the Mission’s holistic approach to education — combining learning with life skills and community care — truly living up to its motto, “Empowering Through Education and Service.”
