However, as donations are voluntary and for a charitable cause, we request you to read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before contributing.
1. Donations
- All donations made to BABA GARIA MISSION are treated as final and non-refundable.
- Once a donation has been made successfully through our website, it cannot normally be canceled, refunded, or transferred.
- Donations are exempt from refund as they are immediately utilized for ongoing and planned welfare projects.
2. Duplicate Donations
- In case of an accidental duplicate donation, or if you believe an error has occurred during the transaction, please contact us within 7 working days of the donation date.
- After verification, if the duplicate transaction is found valid, we will process a refund for the extra amount.
3. Transaction Failure
- If your transaction fails and the amount has been debited from your bank account but is not reflected as a successful donation, please contact us with proof of transaction.
- Once confirmed by our payment gateway or bank, we will ensure the amount is either refunded or adjusted against a future donation as per your preference.
