Shipping Policy

At BABA GARIA MISSION, most of our services and activities are donation-based and do not involve the shipment of physical goods. However, in certain cases—such as when we send acknowledgment letters, certificates, receipts, or promotional materials—this Shipping & Delivery Policy will apply.


1. General

  • BABA GARIA MISSION primarily provides charitable, social, and educational services; hence, there are usually no physical products to ship.
  • Any physical item (such as a donation acknowledgment letter, event kit, or merchandise) will be sent only when applicable and specifically mentioned during the donation or registration process.

2. Shipping Method & Timeline

  • Shipments, when applicable, are dispatched through recognized courier partners or India Post.
  • Items are usually shipped within 7–15 working days from the date of order confirmation or donation acknowledgment.
  • Delivery times may vary based on the recipient’s location, postal service efficiency, and local conditions (including holidays or unforeseen events).

3. Delivery Area

  • We currently deliver within India.
  • For international donors, any physical acknowledgment (if applicable) will generally be sent via email in digital format unless otherwise specified.

4. Tracking Information

  • If a shipment is made, donors or recipients will receive an email or SMS with tracking details once the package has been dispatched.
  • For inquiries about shipping status, please contact our support team with your donation or transaction details.

5. Incorrect Address or Non-Delivery

  • BABA GARIA MISSION is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the donor.
  • If an item is returned due to such an error, the organization may re-ship it upon request, subject to additional shipping charges (if applicable).

6. Damaged or Missing Items

  • In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incomplete package, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.
  • We will verify the issue and take appropriate corrective action, such as reissuing or resending the item (if applicable).

7. Digital Deliveries

  • For digital acknowledgments, donation receipts, or certificates, an electronic copy will be emailed to the donor’s registered email address within 24–48 hours after a successful donation.
  • If you do not receive your email acknowledgment, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us.
